We are looking for a dedicated candidate for the position: Truckload Dispatcher

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Booking loads and negotiating rates
• Communicating with clients and drivers
• Planning routes and managing drivers’ time
• Providing track and trace support and updates to the clients
• Reviewing paperwork and keeping company’s database up to date

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience is an advantage, but not necessary 
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Being safety oriented
• Knowledge of drivers' HOS and ability to organize drivers' hours according to the requirements of the loads
• Being coachable and open-minded
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
