Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end customs clearance for import/export, ensuring legal compliance and timely processing.
  • Prepare and verify all customs documentation; support customs audits and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor changes in trade laws and customs regulations; liaise with customs and government bodies.
  • Handle procedures related to Free Trade Zone (FTZ) operations and special customs regimes.
  • Coordinate transport for container and express shipments; manage port charges, demurrage, and detention.
  • Track and apply for customs and transport-related payments; support cost control initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Logistics, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customs clearance and transport coordination.
  • Knowledge of Serbian customs laws, FTZ processes, and international logistics.
  • Fluent in English; proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
