Maintenance Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical)

Job description:

• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance;
• Responding to breakdowns;
• Analyze Engineering costs against budget, reforecasts, and variances
• Troubleshooting problems and implementing permanent solutions;
• Supervising engineering and technical staff;
• Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings;
• Managing budgets of respected unit;
• Maintaining statistical and Financial records of respected unit;
• Develop Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance programs and projects to improve the maintenance results in the area under his
  responsibility
• Monitoring and executing maintenance programs (PM) to maintain the Maintenance indicators under control
• Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations;
• Creating maintenance procedures;
• Managing stocks of supplies and equipment
• Maintain the Maintenance Team motivated and working toward the defined goals
• Support the Maintenance Team Leader

Position requirements:

To be successful in this role, you would have:

• Minimum Bch. Degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or similar Technical university
• Minimum 3 years of experience in plant maintenance
• Ability to work in dynamic environment
• Problem solving skills
• Efficiency and organisation
• TPM Experience
