We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electrical and mechanical systems and equipment within our facilities. This role involves both hands-on work and coordination with the team to ensure optimal performance of all systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience 2 years in electrical/mechanical maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of automatic systems and conveyers, electrical systems, wiring, controls, and automation is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documents
- Experience with PLC/SCADA and other control systems is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team and independently when necessary
Main responsibilities:
- Servicing and maintaining equipment including motors, conveyor systems, transmission systems, and production-related equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical and mechanical installations
- Ensure that all work complies with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Provide technical support for electrical and mechanical installations and upgrades
- Coordinate timely procurement of spare parts and technical materials
- Adjusting mechanical/electrical parts using hand and machine tools
