Maintenance Scheduling Manager with English (day and night shifts)

For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part of an international tech group, we are on a lookout  for confident and energetic people for the role – Maintenance Scheduling Manager with English (day and night shifts).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and oversee accurate downtime plans in alignment with studio launch schedules;
• Manage maintenance activities, emphasizing proactive and predictive practices;
• Direct the maintenance crew and ensure efficient studio restarts post-downtime;
• Enhance downtime workflows to strengthen departmental effectiveness;
• Clearly relay downtime plans and updates to both internal stakeholders and external  collaborators;
• Coordinate with vendors and project teams to execute maintenance tasks smoothly;
• Generate comprehensive reports outlining downtime events and operational performance.

Requirements:

• Solid background in planning downtimes and organizing maintenance timelines;
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support technical and maintenance personnel;
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, excellent English;
• Experience improving processes and resolving operational challenges;
• Skilled in project coordination and working with third-party contractors;
• Adaptable to multicultural teams and rotating work shifts (day/night);
• Familiarity with live production systems and adherence to safety guidelines is advantageous.
