Location: Novi Beograd
Responsibilities:
- Makeup and Hairdressing: Perform makeup and hairdressing activities according to company standards, including tattoo coverage, to ensure your readiness and flawless appearance in front of the camera.
- Retouching and Maintenance: Proactively and on request, retouch makeup and hairstyles; ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of work tools and workspace.
- Stock Management: Monitor and manage stock levels of materials and accessories; ensure proper storage and usage of equipment.
- Training and Communication: Train employees on company standards for appearance; communicate effectively through company channels to track and report on makeup and hairstyling activities.
- Employee Experience: Create a pleasant experience for employees by maintaining a friendly attitude and using appropriate language during interactions.
- Responsiveness: Respond promptly to requests and issues communicated through company channels during working hours.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1+ years of professional hands-on experience in makeup application or hairstyling.
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Must hold a diploma or professional certification in makeup or hairstyling.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
- PC literate with the ability to manage scheduling and communication effectively.
- Willingness to work across various shifts in a 24/7 work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage diverse personalities and cultures.
- Exceptional presentation, communication and self-discipline skills to maintain a high standard of appearance and interact positively with employees and address any issues efficiently.
