We are looking for:

Manager Production Planning and Controlling who will be responsible for managing all activities related to production planning and controlling in order to ensure on time delivery in adequate quality.

Tasks

• Ensure maximum utilization of available capacity and timely delivery of production orders from arrival to shipment.
• Close collaboration with internal customers and suppliers to understand their requirements regarding production orders
• Manage demand, inventory, and scheduling that contributes to operational excellence and efficiency
• Ensure that capacity planning is carried out in an efficient manner and that all identified risks during the work in progress are managed and communicated to stakeholders
• Manage potential deviations and disruptions and actively participate in their resolution
• Ensure that all reports related to production planning and control are submitted accurately and timely
• Manage departmental KPIs and ensure they are met
• Actively participate in assigned projects
• Improve the productivity/efficiency of operational processes.
• Providing expert guidance and support, approving newly developed policies from various departments and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Play an active role in planning and completing projects that are identified as key to business development
• Evaluating subordinate employees
• Managing shift planning, vacations, overtime and monitoring compliance with working hours, hourly rules, and work regulations of subordinate employees
• Support in the development of existing employees, succession planning and hiring of new staff.
• Supervise and motivate the team to maintain quality, safety and KPI targets at the required level

Requirements

• University degree
• Several years of relevant professional experience in manufacturing or production planning/control
• MS Office, high skills in Excel
• High technical affinity
• Knowledge of relevant materials for machining and consumables
• Intercultural competence
• Strong focus on customer demand
• Strongly developed problem solving, time management, analytical, planning, presentation and interpersonal skills. • Readiness for continuous improvement
• Proactive interface and teamwork.
• English language
