Manufacturing Engineer

Your tasks.

• Production planning / Industrialization
• Determination of production performance data as well as  start-up and manufacturing costs for the calculation of new  and change requests 
• Workplace design and design of working processes
• Introduction of new technologies
• Cooperation in the design of customer articles suitable for  production
• Project documentation
• Start-up and series production support
• Determination of key performance indicators (KPI)
• Work balancing through standardized work analysis, Kaizen  projects
• Flow charts, working instructions, P-FMEA
• Engineering changes study and implementation
• 5S, layout improvements

Your profile.

• University degree, preferred Mechanical or Technical Faculty
• Several years of professional experience in industry
• Comprehensive knowledge in lean management and experience with the introduction and implementation of lean principles, methods and tools
• Advanced MS Office skills / CAD (AutoCAD)
• MTM or REFA proficiency
• Advanced English skills
• Good analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills.
