Wacker Neuson Kragujevac d.o.o. is located at Braće Nikolića 2A. The company specializes in the production of welded steel structures for agricultural and construction machinery and has over 600 employees.

Due to capacity expansion and the implementation of new projects, we are looking to strengthen our team with a Manufacturing engineer.

Job Description:

• Apply LEAN tools and methodologies to improve manufacturing process
• Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation
• Profound knowledge of Production Processes and their improvement
• Define, understand, and improve manufacturing technologies, machines and tools
• Identify problems and implement effective technical solutions
• Use CAD software regularly for process
• Analyze production data and translate results into concrete improvement actions
• Train and support other team members
• Presentations skills related to projects and improvements
• Communication effectively in English in a professional environment
• Ensure compliance with existing standards and actively work on their improvement
• Leading projects and teams
• Act proactively in identifying risks and improvement opportunities
• Work with a target-oriented mindset to achieve production and quality goals
• Communicate clearly and effectively with other employees
