About Us

akYtec was founded in 2010 by a group of engineers and industrial automation device designers.

Our production facility is located in Nic, Serbia, within the former Electronic Industry complex, covering more than 6000 m². In addition to manufacturing, our development, technical support, and sales teams operate from Belgrade, Hanover, and Berlin.

We specialize in the development and manufacturing of industrial automation devices, including PLC controllers, programmable relays, process indicators, displays, and other automation solutions.

A key advantage of our company is that the entire production cycle is carried out in-house — from development and engineering, PCB assembly, and plastic enclosure manufacturing to final product packaging.

Position Overview

Due to further business expansion, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager (B2B) to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities. The role combines strategic marketing responsibilities with hands-on execution in a technical B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Content planning and media planning for internal needs, PR activities, and cooperation with external agencies and contractors.
• Collection of input data, task definition, and workload distribution within the marketing team.
• Organizing and conducting meetings with partners and contractors regarding marketing activities.
• Event management (trade fairs, webinars, workshops): concept development, task assignment, quality control of materials, and on-site coordination.
• Reviewing, editing, and approving materials prepared by employees and external contractors.
• Execution of own marketing tasks: writing and translating texts, updating website content, creating and managing product cards on marketplaces, preparing presentations, and basic layout of catalogs and other promotional materials.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or advertising.
• At least 1 year of experience in the B2B segment (experience with technical or industrial products is an advantage).

Professional Skills

• Knowledge of project management principles (SCRUM methodology).
• Experience in content and media planning aligned with business goals (owned channels, PR, advertising).
• Marketing project and team management: breaking down initiatives into actionable tasks, preparing briefs and technical requirements, distributing tasks, and controlling deadlines and quality.
• Experience in organizing and executing trade fairs, webinars, and workshops.
• Ability to create and edit marketing materials (presentations, catalogs, email campaigns, landing pages).
• Experience working with CMS systems (Magento preferred) and marketplace platforms.
• Understanding of B2B marketing and ability to work with technical/engineering information.

Language Requirements

• English – minimum B2 level
• Serbian – minimum B2 level
• German – desirable, at least B1 level
