About the job

Key Responsibilities:

• Under the leadership of the regional manager of the marketing department, carry out marketing insights and development work in all the European countries; 
• Assist in market analysis, information collection, promotion and publicity, customer relationship maintenance, resource, channel construction, policy making in the markets and projects;
• Participate in the early market tracking, bidding planning, clarification, contract negotiation and signing of important projects;
• Manage local and overseas social networks, establish mechanism of daily communication and organize regular visits to client and partners;
• Organize and participate in regular meetings of the European Regional Center and headquarter, exhibition or seminar, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Electrical, Mechanical or related fields in Energy and Power field.
• Passion for strong cross-cultural communication skills
• Good at manage client network, able to work across time zones and travelling on short notice (normally no more than 1 week, expect the contract negotiation stage).
• Excellent command of English and Serbian in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Russia language is also preferable.
• Familiarity with the basic software, such as P6, Offices, CAD, etc.
• Preferably familiar with energy policy and trends in the European countries.
• (Not mandatory) Preferably 1–3 years of experience in the energy sector, with a background in energy products or project management, market development, or technical support.
