Your Role

• Lead content creation across TikTok, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with influencers and creators, especially in healthcare-related niches.
• Shape Prepia’s brand tone and storytelling across social media platforms.
• Build and manage an ambassador program to grow our reach organically.
• Work closely with the performance ads team to align on content and audience strategy.
• Set up systems and calendars for consistent, high-quality social output.

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone who has shown excellence in at least one area (academics, sports, personal projects, hobbies, competitions, side hustles), or has been above average across several disciplines. (Please include this in the Cover Letter section)
• Deep understanding of content trends on TikTok, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication skills, creativity, and a sense for visual storytelling.
• Experience working with or managing influencers is a strong plus.
• Organized and reliable with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
