About the project:

Creation and evaluation of material data & documentation for Automotive products.

About the team:

Mobility Aftermarket division (MA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards MA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering in order to achieve business excellence. MA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter, which performs the same processes and participates in common projects.

Job Description

► Data administration and processing in different SAP systems

► Inspection and work with supplier documentation for product materials IMDS

► Evaluation of material declaration data according to specific related regulations

► Creation of Material declarations in forms of Material Data Sheets

► Performance of Legal Notifications for new product releases in EU

► Process coordination in alignment with other units (e.g. Purchasing, Sales, etc)

Qualifications

Who you are?

► High school or Bachelor’s degree in Technical (Material) science, Economics, Business sciences, or other suitable field.

► Very good MS Office skills, nice to have experience in working with SAP

► Skills in data and documentation administration

► Experience in working with Material Data sheets and legislations will be considered as advantage

► Ability to communicate in a clear and understandable manner in multidisciplinary teams

► Proactive approach, self organized, attention to detail and systematic professional attitude

► Excellent written and spoken English
