Role Summary

If you join our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet our clients’ business requirements. You will work closely with other project team members, including technical and functional consultants, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high quality CRM solutions that enhance business processes and clients’ engagements.

Key Responsibilities in this role include

• Design and develop custom CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 (Customer Insights, Sales);
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and APIs;
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps;
• Create and manage reports and dashboards using Power BI and CRM native tools;
• Independently work in the effective transition of gathering technical requirements to delivery and development, ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements;
• Ability to clearly communicate and document technical design, for both clients and other team members;
• Have passion for improving engineering practices and producing high quality software;
• Provide high quality end-user support and training as needed.

Qualifications that will help you stand out

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development;
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL;
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI);
• Familiarity with Azure services and RESTful APIs;
• Strong understanding of CRM customization and configuration;
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, and related field;
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Developer Associate;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps practices and tools;
• Full professional English proficiency.
