The Multimedia Designer will work within KINTO Join’s Marketing Team to produce visual assets to support lead generation, awareness building and sales activities.

This role requires strong creative skills, a collaborative mindset and proactive communication.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Asset Development

  • Create high-quality visual assets for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Design print materials such as brochures, posters, roll-ups, and flyers to support campaigns and events.
  • Develop presentations in PowerPoint and Google Slides for internal and external use.
  • Ensure all creative output follows established brand guidelines and visual standards.

Digital & Web Enablement

  • Design visual assets for websites, newsletters, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Support the creation and optimisation of digital campaign visuals to enhance user engagement and brand visibility.
  • Adapt creative materials for different digital formats and platforms to ensure consistent performance and presentation.

Work with marketing and local teams to:

  • Provide adaptable creative assets for use across multiple markets and channels.
  • Support campaign rollouts with visual materials tailored for local activations and promotions.

Content & Information Flow

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on content ideas, concepts, and storytelling.
  • Ensure efficient handover, updates, and version control of creative assets across teams.
  • Support the ongoing evolution of visual content for new campaigns, launches, and updates.

Motion, Video & Advanced Creative (Optional / Plus)

  • Produce basic video edits using Premiere Pro (optional).
  • Create animations and motion graphics using After Effects (big plus).
  • Support dynamic and interactive visual storytelling across digital platforms.

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Very good knowledge of Figma and Canva
  • Experience designing PowerPoint presentations
  • Understanding of design principles, typography, and composition
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines
  • Organisational and project coordination skills
  • Creativity, precision, and attention to detail
  • A portfolio is required (link or PDF)
  • Preferably familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro

Desirable

  • Big advantage: Adobe After Effects
  • Familiarity with CMS tools and asset management systems

Education / Qualifications

  • Degree in Design (IV–VII) and/or minimum three years of experience
