Supporting myRewards community in various administrative tasks and maintaining ticketing queue. Creating engaging and relevant content for various platforms (Learning@KN, SharePoint etc.).
- 1st and 2nd level systems support (myRewards)
- Administrative system setup and active participation in the implementation and deployment of updates and enhancements
- Development and communication SOPs and working procedures
- Monitoring system performance and securing optimal utilization of the system to achieve excellent quality and efficiency
- Onboarding will last 1 month during which you will directly be working with experienced team member and Corporate Comp&Ben.
- We are looking for a highly organized individual who is excited to work in a high paced environment and can deal with highly confidential information
- You need to be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Advanced knowledge of the English language
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and desire for problem solving and troubleshooting
- Minimum high school diploma
- Ability to follow defined processes and procedures
