Mercure Belgrade Excelsior is seeking a Night Supervisor to join our team!

The Night Supervisor oversees hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through professional, attentive, and friendly service.

Duties:

  • Perform Night Auditor duties in accordance with company standards
  • Prepare and distribute all required reports
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on network systems and audit controls
  • Remain available at all times to assist guests and address their inquiries
  • Handle guest complaints promptly, professionally, and efficiently
  • Ensure adherence to all hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Monitor occupancy levels to maximize revenue
  • Oversee and supervise all night audit processes
  • Complete all assigned tasks accurately and within established deadlines
  • Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Front Office Manager
