The Night Supervisor oversees hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through professional, attentive, and friendly service.

Duties:
- Perform Night Auditor duties in accordance with company standards
- Prepare and distribute all required reports
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on network systems and audit controls
- Remain available at all times to assist guests and address their inquiries
- Handle guest complaints promptly, professionally, and efficiently
- Ensure adherence to all hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
- Monitor occupancy levels to maximize revenue
- Oversee and supervise all night audit processes
- Complete all assigned tasks accurately and within established deadlines
- Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Front Office Manager
Your experience and skills include:
