Your key responsibilities
- Receives and sends official mail and e-mails.
- Answers on phone calls.
- Perform secretarial duties such as maintaining business calendar, arranging meetings, archiving, travel arrangements for staff etc. to ensure the efficient day to day assistance to the management.
- Assist with organizing company gatherings and events.
- Copying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Perform all other duties as required.
Position requirements:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- High School Diploma or higher.
- Previous corporate administrative experience will be considered as an advantage.
- Fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Ability to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
- Detail oriented, ability to show initiative and take responsibility.
