We are looking for an ambitious and flexible individual who is eager to learn, develop, and grow, both personally and professionally. We are a small but well-coordinated team with excellent interpersonal relations, creating a highly pleasant working environment.
Required qualifications:
- College or university degree (preferred: Faculty of Organisational Sciences / Economics)
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in similar roles
- Category B driver’s license

Job description:
- Office tasks (administration and organization)
- Working with documentation and supporting internal processes
- Handling import/export documentation, procedures and communication with transport agencies
- Preparing and issuing invoices/offers
- Office organization and monitoring operational activities
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point
- Supporting the team in daily operations
- Welcoming guests and supporting meetings
- Managing office errands (tax office, bank, post office etc.)
