We collaborate with major mobile network operators in Europe and Asia, as well as leading SMS service providers. We provide testing coverage for over 1400 networks worldwide, covering over 180 countries.

Our two main offices are located in Hamburg and Belgrade.

About this role:
We’re looking for a reliable, proactive, and well-organized Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. From managing supplies and supporting travel bookings to assisting with employee documentation and sharing key updates, you’ll be at the heart of our daily office life. If you are motivated and looking to gain hands-on experience in finance, administration, and the inner workings of an IT company, continue reading.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the procurement of essential office supplies and amenities, including water, coffee, and stationery, to ensure a well-equipped work environment.
  • Perform routine office management duties to support the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities.
  • Enter and maintain invoice records within the internal accounting system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Assist with booking and coordinating travel arrangements for staff, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Provide administrative support related to employee documentation, such as organizing files and assisting with onboarding paperwork.
  • Communicate general company updates, including non-working days, office closures, and other relevant announcements, to ensure all employees are well-informed and aligned.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to challenges
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a similar role or industry will be an advantage
