The position: Office Manager

How you’ll go beyond:

• Organize business travel, company events, meetings, and calls;
• Correspond with accountants and lawyers, ensuring timely support;
• Manage front-of-house activities, administrative and secretarial services, catering, stationery, equipment, and office supplies to keep things running smoothly;
• Handle documentation (office contracts, rent, services, etc.) and monitor office expenditures;
• Collaborate closely with People Operations, Finance, IT, and Legal teams, supporting company-wide operations;
• Oversee and control the purchase order process;
• Manage payments and reporting;
• Provide management assistance;
• Act as the main point of contact for third parties, logistics, visitors, and guests;
• Actively promote and nurture a positive, healthy team environment to boost team morale and individual team members' job satisfaction.

What you bring to the table:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role;
• Strong organizational and computer skills;
• Task-focused, execution-driven mindset;
• Trustworthiness, accountability, and a cheerful attitude;
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written); other languages such as German, Italian, or Spanish are a plus.
