Position Overview:

This role is responsible for leading, developing, and supporting a team to ensure high performance, continuous employee development, and compliance with company standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to support employees’ professional growth and development.
• Manage and supervise the team in line with company policies and procedures, including absence management and handling disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Encourage effective collaboration and clear communication through regular team meetings and daily interaction.
• Identify individual and team training needs and coordinate with the training department to address them.
• Contribute to achieving organizational goals by supporting performance improvement through training and development initiatives.
• Ensure all services and activities are delivered in accordance with company values, policies, procedures, and defined KPIs.

Candidate Profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with mandatory experience in people management and KPI tracking, preferably with prior team leadership in iGaming, casino, telecommunications, or call center industries.
• Minimum IV level of education; a university degree is preferred.
• Advanced PC skills.
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage conflicts and make sound, timely decisions.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
