The job description:

Your job will be to coach your clients in a 120­ day health program with the tools you will be given by us. You will handle customer relations and contacts so that your clients will receive the best coaching possible. You will go through a training that will give you the knowledge to provide the best possible service.

Working routines:

• Motivate clients, lead and take responsibility
• Take active part in the meeting premises with other staff
• Have a recovery ­oriented attitude (empathy, faith in each one's ability, the ability to create mutual and personal relationships, supporting empowerment and participation, etc.)

Qualifications:

• You should be able to see yourself as a leader and strive to always become better
• You need to speak, write and read conversational English and be able to communicate well without any complications in the English language
• Previous experience in working with people
• Good social skills
• Independent and teamwork skills
• Motivated and having high work ethic
