Your Impact

  • You’ll help us keep our daily operations clean, organized, and flowing.
  • Your role will be key in supporting the team, improving internal processes, and making sure everyone has what they need to do great work.

What You’ll Do

  • Organize the team's daily workflow (meetings, internal coordination, task follow-ups).
  • Manage internal docs, contracts, procedures, and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with travel planning, equipment purchasing, and internal events.
  • Communicate with clients/partners when needed (basic level).
  • Provide operational support to the CEO & COO on small projects.
  • Keep ClickUp / Asana / Monday / Notion organized and help ensure smooth operations across the company.
  • Support HR: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, onboarding, maintaining records.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Reliability, accuracy, and sense of ownership.
  • Independence in handling simple tasks + willingness to ask when unsure.
  • Solid English.
  • Confident digital skills: Google Workspace, Excel, task tools.
  • Bonus: experience in admin, HR, office management, or student organizations.
