Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the planning and operation of the property's own buildings within the dormitory park, such as coffee shops, supermarkets, etc.
  • Responsible for all operations of the commercial premises, such as the production and sale of coffee and milk tea;
  • Seek suitable suppliers for goods procurement;
  • Manage the warehouse of all materials in the commercial premises and conduct inbound and outbound registration;
  • Handle external liaison and public relations affairs as well as the processing of some documents;
  • Handle the check-in and check-out procedures for dormitory employees;

Weekly Working Hours: 40 hours;

Practical Background (or: Relevant Practical Work Experience):

  • Have work experience in the operation of commercial premises or coffee bars, with strong communication skills and excellent public relations capabilities; overseas Chinese in Serbia are preferred.

Language Proficiency: Proficient in Chinese and Serbian.

Salary: 130,000 to 160,000 Dinars, with bonuses not included.
