Join us as an Operative Buyer, located in Nis, and take responsibility for day-to-day purchasing operations and supplier coordination. In this role, you will support reliable processes, maintain accurate system data, and contribute to continuous improvement across different activities.

Responsibilities:

• Place purchase orders for assigned vendors and materials in accordance with requirements.
• Manage direct deliveries in close cooperation with Sales and other internal stakeholders.
• Create, monitor, and follow up on stock transfer orders.
• Monitor deliveries, goods receipt, and proper storage of materials.
• Manage workflows including CPR handling (color change only), creation of special material codes, and supplier quotation requests.
• Maintain and update purchasing-related master data in SAP.
• Perform process analyses and monitor KPIs such as supplier on-time delivery (OTD) and other purchasing-related indicators.
• Support colleagues with questions related to SAP usage and purchase order processing.
• Maintain and optimize MRP data for assigned materials.
• Coordinate forecasting of stock items together with the planning and inventory control teams.
• Participate in internal and cross-functional projects and actively contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

• University degree in economics, business administration, logistics or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented working style.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, SAP knowledge would be considered as an advantage.
• Previous experience in purchasing is an advantage.
• Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
