About the job

- Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Managing end-to-end order processes in SAP and related systemsin line with central policies and guidelines.
• Ensuring data accuracy and timely updates for orders, shipping schedules, and customer master data.
• Handling returns, buybacks, and claims in compliance with SOPs.
• Monitoring inventory, quotas, and reservations to optimize fulfillment.
• Preparing and sharing performance reports and KPIs with stakeholders.
• Supporting special projects and market-specific requests (VIP orders, shop openings)Maintaining system configurations andshipping calendars.
• Propose and implement process improvements and drive knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Leveraging AI tools responsibly to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Building strong collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.

About you

- We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degreein Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field;Data Analytics is a plus.
• Proficiency in SAP SD/MM, OMS/TMS basics, Excel, and standard office tools; PowerBI knowledge an advantage.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in order fulfillment or supply chain, or a similar roleis preferred.
• Strong process discipline and ability to work collaboratively in virtual, cross-functional teams
• English proficiencyfor effective communication in a global business environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
