Key responsibilities:

• Processing our domestic and international orders (from order entry to invoice creation)
• Customs processing
• Clarifying orders in collaboration with various internal departments
• Handling customer correspondence by phone and in writing in both German and English
• Occasionally taking over the telephone switchboard
• Preparing export and customs documents
• Maintaining master data

Job Requirements:

• Professional experience in order processing
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
• Fluent in German and English
• Experience with MS Navision is an advantage
• Resilience, flexibility, and a solution-oriented approach to work
• Team spirit as well as the ability to work independently in a global environment
