Job title: Paid Digital Marketing Manager (Programmatic)

Office location: Serbia with Hybrid working (3 days in the office)

About the role and the Team:

We are looking for a highly driven and analytical digital marketing professional to join our in-house paid digital marketing team, focusing on programmatic advertising platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running programmatic campaigns (e.g., StackAdapt, DV360, The Trade Desk, Criteo, AdRoll or similar), optimizing performance, and driving innovation through data and automation.

Success in this full-time role means enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our paid digital channels, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and delivering measurable growth — with programmatic as the core channel and Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and other paid platforms serving as supporting channels. This role will play a key part in shaping our paid media strategy and ensuring operational excellence, ultimately contributing to overall business objectives by maximizing paid media ROI.

What will you be doing?

  • Programmatic Platform Management (Primary Responsibility): Lead the day-to-day management, optimization, and scaling of programmatic campaigns across platforms such as StackAdapt, DV360, The Trade Desk, Criteo, AdRoll, or equivalent.
  • Cross-Channel Platform Support: Oversee and support the optimization of paid digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), Google Ads (Search & Display), and Bing Ads as secondary channels.
  • Performance & Efficiency Driving: Proactively identify opportunities to drive efficiency and performance uplift in all paid digital channels, implementing best practices and innovative strategies.
  • Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the constant growth and enhancement of paid digital channels, focusing on new features, betas, and emerging technologies.
  • Process Improvement: Establish and refine scalable processes for campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and optimization to ensure operational excellence and consistency.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all paid media activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the effective management and tracking of paid media budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of spend to achieve business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing teams, creative teams, product teams, and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with broader marketing goals.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscapes, actively seeking out and testing new approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all campaign data, tracking, and reporting.

What we are looking for:

  • Proficiency in web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns (StackAdapt, DV360, The Trade Desk, Criteo, AdRoll or similar).
  • Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystem, DSPs, SSPs, audience strategies, bidding, and attribution.
  • Experience optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and Bing (secondary but required).
  • Proven ability to deliver against ambitious targets and drive performance uplift
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic roadmaps for digital channels
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and capability to translate data into clear actions.
