Paid Search Specialist

In this role as a Paid Search Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our client-facing strategists in local markets. Your focus will be on the expert implementation and optimisation of Paid Search campaigns, ensuring that client budgets are managed effectively and campaigns are flawlessly executed to drive performance. You'll be at the core of our operational success, helping s360 deliver outstanding results for international brands and retailers across our markets, working closely with experienced colleagues in the Netherlands and beyond.

What you’ll do:

This role is ideal if you’re eager to accelerate your career and grow in Paid Search by joining a highly experienced and ambitious team.

• Work as part of a cross-border team directly with an experienced Paid Search specialist from one of our existing European offices.
• Hands-on execution and optimisation of Paid Search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Reporting and insights to help clients make smarter decisions and achieve better results.

What we’re looking for:

We don’t expect you to be an expert from day one, but we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who are curious, structured, and ready to grow with us. You likely recognise yourself in the following:

• 1–3 years of experience in Paid Search (agency or in-house).
• A foundational understanding of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Experience with tools like Search Ads 360 is a plus, but not a must.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills—written and verbal.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and contribute.
