The Opportunity: The Engine of Our Partnership Channel
We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Partner Acquisition Specialist to be the driving force behind the growth of our referral program. This role is a dynamic blend of high-touch recruitment and relationship management, specifically focused on identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential referral partners across the market.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partner Recruitment (Acquisition Focus)
- Identify and Prospect: Proactively research and target potential referral partners (e.g., consultants, agencies, complementary service providers) whose network aligns perfectly with our ideal customer profile.
- Outreach and Pitching: Design and execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage prospects and present the compelling value proposition of the Apoddo referral program.
- Negotiation: Lead introductory conversations, handle objections, and successfully onboard new partners, ensuring they are excited and ready to refer.
2. Partner Onboarding & Engagement (Relationship Focus)
- Initial Setup: Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for all new partners, including contract signing and tool access.
- Training and Activation: Conduct effective introductory training sessions to ensure partners fully understand our product, the referral process, and how to successfully generate leads.
- Relationship Nurturing: Establish strong foundational relationships, acting as the primary point of contact during the critical initial engagement phase to drive early success.
3. Program Management and Performance
- Work closely with internal teams to refine the ideal partner profile and improve the recruitment pitch.
- Track and report on key acquisition metrics (e.g., pipeline generation from new partners, time-to-first-referral).
- Maintain accurate partner records and activity in our CRM system.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in a role focused on business development, strategic partnerships, sales, or recruitment, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Exceptional ability to identify high-potential leads and successfully convert them into active partners.
- Native proficiency in Serbian and professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
- A "hunter" mentality combined with strong interpersonal and consultative selling skills.
- Self-starter attitude, highly organized, and effective working remotely and independently.
- Understanding of the referral model and enthusiasm for building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
