Partner Management Officer

DOO Technology RS is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Partner Management Officer to support our growing network of partners and ensure smooth operations across platforms and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support for MetaTrader 4/5 platforms
• Set up and maintain IB and partner structures
• Handle trading account requests, rebates, and commission configurations
• Monitor partner performance and ensure accurate reporting
• Perform system testing and quality checks
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve partner and client issues
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Deliver professional support through chat, email, and internal tools

Qualifications:

• Experience with MT4/MT5 trading platforms
• Familiarity with CRMs such as FXBO, BSS, or similar systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
