Job description:

  • Manage the payroll for two sister entities of Creaform in Ontario (fewer than 100 employees) and assist the Payroll Coordinator with the ADP system for Creaform’s payroll
  • Provide assistance, when needed, to the parent company for the bi-weekly payroll of U.S. employees
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits questions
  • Manage employee benefits (e.g., group insurance, RRSP, vacation banks, statutory holidays)
  • Assist with the financial month-end close as it relates to employee compensation
  • Analyze, review, and complete various year-end payroll reports (T4 and RL-1 Summary, CNESST declarations, etc.)

Position requirements:

  • Diploma in administration with a specialization in administration/office technology or possess equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in payroll production and administrative support
  • Knowledge of automating data processing is an asset
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
  • Good knowledge of English language; French language knowledge would be beneficial
  • A person with integrity and strong confidentiality awareness
