Personal Assistant to a Leading Balkan Content Creator

Location: Novi Sad, Serbia

About the Role:

@BalkanDad, one of the Balkans’ most recognized and fastest-growing social media brands, is hiring a full-time personal assistant to join his team in Novi Sad. This is a rare opportunity to work side-by-side with a leading influencer and contribute across five major areas of brand and business operations.

This role goes far beyond basic admin. The assistant will be involved in content creation, business coordination, deal management, and daily logistics. The position is long-term, highly dynamic, and offers exceptional growth for the right person.

Core Responsibilities:

The role spans across five key areas:

1. Brand Deal Management (Sales Funnel)

• Respond to all brand inquiries via email and Instagram DMs
• Handle negotiations and deal confirmations in both English and Serbian
• Track opportunities, maintain communication, and manage deadlines

2. Business Administration

• Liaise with accountants, legal representatives, and business contacts
• Manage calendar appointments, contracts, and document organization
• Support internal operations and workflow efficiency

3. Content Production Support

• Assist in filming social media content (iPhone proficiency required)
• Help with shoot setup, logistics, and simple content capturing

4. Business Formation & Special Projects

• Assist with the setup and development of new ventures
• Perform research, outreach, and task coordination
• Be actively involved in the growth of new business projects

5. Personal Assistance & Errands

• Handle everyday tasks and run local errands
• Manage travel bookings, appointments, and ad hoc needs
• Be available for occasional spontaneous or international travel

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Serbian and English, with excellent writing and speaking skills in both
• Background in personal assistance, planning, or business administration
• Full, valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving
• Tech-savvy (knowledge of Google Suite, Excel and smartphone tools, especially iPhone and Instagram)
• Familiar with influencer culture and the online brand of @BalkanDad
• Committed to long-term growth; this is not a short-term or temporary position

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Big Plus):

• Previous Experience in Influencer Marketing
• Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, Youtube Studio, or newsletter platforms
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop or Content Creation platforms
