PFMEA Moderator

We are looking for:

  • A proactive and detail-oriented Engineer with a strong analytical mindset and high attention to quality
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across functions
  • A structured and improvement-oriented professional, eager to learn, take ownership, and support continuous improvement initiatives

Your responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and maintain PFMEA documentation for existing and new projects using APiS software, in alignment with the immediate supervisor
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional PFMEA workshops, involving stakeholders from relevant departments
  • Ensure PFMEA documentation accurately reflects actual production processes and current manufacturing conditions
  • Support the creation and maintenance of production documentation, including Control Plans, Process Flow Diagrams, and Work Instructions
  • Actively support new project launches and continuous improvement of existing manufacturing processes
  • Continuously develop understanding of product functionality, production processes, and customer requirements
  • Provide training and support to colleagues regarding PFMEA methodology and related processes
  • Support internal and external audits (IATF, customer, and internal audits)

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of technical sciences or quality management
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of APiS software will be considered an advantage
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • MS Office - Advanced level
  • Fluency in English language
