Adecco on behalf of our client - a global healthcare company focused on improving the health of women throughout their lives, offering a broad portfolio of medicines and solutions across reproductive health - is looking for a Pharmacovigilance Unit Specialist to join their team. As a Specialist in the Pharmacovigilance Unit you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality case processing, vigilance monitoring, and compliance with global and local regulations. You will play a key role in ensuring patient safety and continuous improvement of PV processes and systems.

Contract type: 6-month contract with the possibility of extension up to 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure reception, identification, and processing of Pharmacovigilance (PV) and other vigilance cases in compliance with regulatory timelines and internal procedures.
- Perform quality control, anonymization, and archiving of PV source documents.
- Transmit PV cases and vigilance reports to global databases or partners according to internal and contractual requirements.
- Support PV case source monitoring, including reconciliation of data from various sources (medical information, literature, market studies, clinical and non-interventional studies, digital media, etc.).
- Contribute to continuous improvement of PV processes and compliance monitoring activities.
- Ensure compliance with global and local regulations, SOPs, and quality systems.
- Participate in audits, inspections, CAPA implementation, and training activities for internal and external stakeholders.
- Supervise and coordinate activities delegated to service providers.
Skills and Qualifications:
- University degree in Health, Life Sciences, or Medical Sciences (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance.
- Fluency in English and Serbian (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to make timely and informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Strong sense of responsibility, persistence, and adaptability.
