Qualifications and requirements:

Experience:

• Responsible for taking the lead in reviewing/preparing/summarizing the Program of works scope (dynamic plan of works, cash flow, mobilization of resources, site organization, method statement of construction, plan for procurement of materials, etc.) and the substantive annual, periodic, monthly, and weekly construction plans including material and equipment supply plans, I.e. Progress reports;
• Preparing and checking the measurement book with supporting documents and payment certificates to Supervisor/Investor and from subcontractors, in accordance with the contract requirements, establish and timely update the measurement and payment documents 
• Collect data for price changes, i.e. Variation, based on the confirmed design changes, timely and accurately verify the increase or decrease in engineering costs caused by the design changes and prepare variation orders;
• Collect the claim basis materials, considering the Investor and subcontractors claims of this project in a timely manner according to the contract and event during the construction period. Be responsible for the summary and archiving of the relevant data;
• Responsible for the management of various types of letters related to guarantees and insurance of the project and timely Update;
• Participate in the management of subcontractors and labor teams progress, be responsible for checking the performance of construction contracts on a monthly basis according to the construction plan, summarize and analyze the facts affecting the progress, and propose improvement measures;
• Responsible for cooperating with the Finance Department to carry out internal cost control and cost estimation; Responsible for the arrangement of detailed ledgers of project department payments (including various payments initiated by various departments such as the General Department, Technical Department, and Contract Department);
• Responsible for the company's bidding/non-bidding and other related procedures including drafting of contracts; supervising procedures for subcontractors, materials, machinery and equipment procurement
• Handling of contracts and legal disputes related to this project;
• Other related work of the department; Other temporary work arranged by the leader
