Plant Fault Elimination Specialist- Analysis Responsible

PLANT FAULT ELIMINATION SPECIALIST - ANALYSIS RESPONSIBLE

Plant Fault Elimination Specialist prepares measures to eliminate real and potential manufacturing faults, performing tasks related to the manufacturing process, blocking and control of the product. Reports to the Team Leader Fault Elimination.

The daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinating assigned escalation processes
• Defining prevention measures of certain processes and implementing preventive actions
• Creating and providing problem solving sheets
• Coordinating and active involvement in tasks for Fault Management activities
• Drafting action plan for fault elimination and reports/statistical analysis for the most often fault
• Taking over corrective measures and delivering complaints from the customers to the superiors at the local level and in a Central Office

General requirements:

• University degree (VI or VII degree)
• Excellent knowledge of standards and rules for quality control in companies
• Basic knowledge of the Quality management tools
• Fluent English
