Location and project: Construction site Surčin, project National Football Stadium

The stadium with a capacity of 52,000 spectators, meeting the requirements for hosting national team matches and major international UEFA/FIFA events from the outset. It is located in the municipality of Surcin, 13.5 km from the center of Belgrade and 5.4 km from Nikola Tesla Airport. With 4,500 parking spaces, the project will cover approximately 32 hectares, making it highly significant for the city’s future in the vicinity of the expo that will host Expo 2027.

Plumbing Engineer – Responsible Contractor for Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution of all plumbing installations, including water supply, drainage, sanitary systems, rainwater collection, and fire water networks.
• Ensure compliance with international codes, local regulations, and project specifications.
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams, ensuring proper installation practices, safety standards, and quality control.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and ensure their approval prior to execution.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, and other MEP disciplines to avoid clashes and delays.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of plumbing systems to validate performance and functionality.
• Ensure proper documentation, as-built drawings, and handover packages are prepared.
• Monitor progress, manpower, and material usage, reporting regularly to the project management team.
• Act as the responsible contractor representative, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled in relation to plumbing works.

Requirements: total work experience of a minimum of 10 years, of which experience on similar projects of a minimum of 5 years, as well as a valid license of responsible construction contractor GI 04-02.1 (MGSI) or 413 or 414 (IKS).
