Job Description:

• Creating, developing & implementing effective long- and short-term paid search strategies with good ROAS,
• Executing & optimizing multiple PPC campaigns simultaneously,
• Targeting selected groups through keyword and audience research,
• Managing and editing campaign budgets and adjusting bids to optimize ROAS,
• Tracking daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement or more efficient spending,
• Producing engaging, clear, and concise copy for campaigns,
• Reporting KPIs to management on a regular basis via various dashboards,
• Staying up-to-date with PPC/SEM trends and techniques, and applying them where relevant.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a PPC Specialist or Digital Marketing Specialist focused on SEM,
• Experience with multiple platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics is a must,
• Experience with A/B or multivariate testing to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and overall campaign strategy,
• You’ll need strong analytical and numeracy skills, and be confident in translating large amounts of data into comprehensible or visual reports,
• Knowledge of Looker Studio and/or other data visualization tools is a plus,
• Knowledge of SEO principles, or familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript, deciphering, tracking, and retargeting codes, or the proper use of tags will also be considered as a plus,
• Any specific certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Bing Ads Accredited Professional) will be considered as a plus.
