Why This Role Matters

As a Preventive Maintenance Planner, you will ensure the smooth execution of preventive maintenance activities across the plant. You will coordinate maintenance schedules, manage spare parts and resources, and support the maintenance team to optimize equipment uptime and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain weekly preventive maintenance plans using CMMS, based on inspections and reports
• Monitor completion of maintenance tasks and maintain records in the CMMS system
• Coordinate spare parts and materials from the SAP system to ensure proper execution of maintenance work orders
• Verify minimum and maximum stock levels of spare parts and consumables, reporting shortages or inconsistencies
• Participate in daily maintenance and production coordination meetings and support process improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with operational instructions and safe use of tools, instruments, and equipment
• Support training and development of maintenance team members for proper execution of preventive activities

What You’ll Bring

Basic Qualifications

• VI/VII degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Advanced English language skills
• Team-oriented mindset and collaborative approach
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant professional experience in preventive maintenance or industrial environment
• Knowledge of CMMS and SAP maintenance modules
• Familiarity with industrial equipment, mechanical instruments, and maintenance planning
