The Mobility Aftermarket division (MA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards MA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering. MA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.

Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:

► You will gain a comprehensive understanding of Product Area processes and the associated business requirements
► You will make them transparent and digitalize them to support and improve the overall performance
► You will be responsible for creation of SQL databases reflecting the most important business processes, defining requirement descriptions, deciding on right database choice, briefing and following up with service providers
► You will develop, implement and maintain database access concept, defining write/read acces rights and safe storage location
► You will further develop, update and adjust the functionalities of the database
► You will provide the training for the database users 
► You will oversee ongoing projects by collaborating with team members and stakeholders. This involves establishing new tasks, assessing their completion progress, adjusting timelines as needed, and escalating any issues if necessary
► You will be responsible for organizing project meetings, providing status updates, and structuring the project report

Who you are:

► You have approximately 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar business sector
► You hold a degree in engineering, business management, finance, marketing or controlling
► You possess full professional proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an added advantage
► You will bring valuable experience in database processes and product and project management, while an understanding of Bosch MA products will be beneficial
► You are familiar with Oracle programming language
► You are familiar with PowerBI application
► You are highly motivated, proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented individual
► You demonstrate a well-structured and process-oriented mindset
