- Ensuring the technical availability of production equipment: being responsible for process, machine and tooling in the production area.
- Collaboration with manufacturing and other technical departments to identify improvement potentials and weaknesses of manufacturing equipment (MAE) in use.
- Set up of plans for devices, tools, staff and spare parts for corrective and preventive maintenance of production MAE.
- Coordination of maintenance activities done by technicians, their priorities and job loading.
- Maintenance of new/existing MAE.
- Set up of spare parts list and collaboration with spare part warehouse
- Providing training for maintenance personnel in accordance with the maintenance supervisor.
- Process improvements and set-up of developed manufacturing processes to reduce cycle time and scrap.
- Installation of machinery upgrades for increased level of automation and robustness increase of production equipment.
- Other activities as instructed by the Employer.
- VI - VII level of degree (Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or equivalent)
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- English language knowledge both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Systematic and analytical way of working, ability to work in a team, problem solving
