Process Engineer Glue Application 

Your tasks:

• The objective of the process specialist for a given technology is to plan and execute continuous improvement         activities aiming at achieving industrial performance targets. 
• Ensuring process reliability of technical processes glue application and optimization Robots 
• Participation in process and procedure improvements and their introduction
• Ensuring a uniform level of training for plant operators
• Constant striving for maximum availability of all production equipment 
• Participation in project planning and implementation of new projects
• SMED time improvement
• Breakdown reduction
• Cycle times improvement
• Scrap rate reductions
• Material yield improvement
• Definition of process sheets, nominal values and tolerances 
• Definition and analysis of operator defects log sheets
• Operator and staff training

Your profile:

• University degree, preferred Mechanical or Technical Faculty
• Several years of professional experience in industry

Methodological competence

• Ability to think analytically
• Planning and organizational reliability of work processes/ ability to delegate
• Ability to deal with conflict/ negotiation skills and confident appearance with supplier and customer
• Knowledge of QM methods
• (A-B-C analysis, FMEA, SPC, MTM ...)

Technical competence

• Secured knowledge control technology, pneumatics, hydraulics
• Mastering and understanding hydraulics, pneumatics sequences tools
• Mastering, reading and understanding of technical drawings, as well as evaluation and application
• Technology knowledge bonding
• Programming knowledge of ABB robots
• PLC programming knowledge Siemens S7
• Secured programming knowledge for plant controls, handling systems
• Assured knowledge of maintenance, TPM of complex plants 
• Mastery of Office, Word, especially Excel
