We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our Technology team and support continuous improvement of production processes in SMT and assembly lines. The most suitable candidate, a T-Shaped Engineer, will have a diverse skillset in a multitude of disciplines

Process Engineer – SMT & Electronic Assembly

Main Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and standardize production processes for SMT and assembly lines
• Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and checklists
• Define process parameters and ensure compliance with quality standards (IPC, ISO, etc.)
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and coordinate with Development and Production teams
• Perform root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Participate in DFM / DFA reviews and propose design improvements for manufacturability
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Cooperate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve technical issues
• Train operators and technicians on process changes and best practices
• Work within ERP system

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in SMT or electronics assembly environment
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma tools is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of English (technical level required)
• Knowledge of SMT processes, reflow soldering, AOI, SPI, PCBA assembly standards, selective and hand soldering, conformal coating of PCBA.
