Process Engineer - Technologist

Process Engineer - Technologist

Your tasks: 

• Conception, development, testing and implementation of complex technology processes in cooperation with the industrial engineering, development/design and the technologists in the plants
• Independent creation of guidelines for process parameters and their documentation and archiving, creation of internal norms/ standards for equipment of the underlying technology/process
• Search for technical and economic improvements of the underlying technology/process, especially in the area of processes in production
• Production related technology/process validation release in the project in cooperation with other functions, taking into account the defined standards and norms
• Support of internal and customer projects in strategic analysis and decisions (e.g. regarding materials and manufacturing processes)
• Cooperation in PFMEA to process related topics
• Responsible for specification for special processes in procurement requirement specification

Your profile: 

• Basic studies in the field of technical sciences, VI or VII level of education
• Knowledge and experience in manufacturing of electronics
• Knowledge and experience regarding manufacturing techniques in electronics such as soldering, press fit, resistance welding, ultrasonic welding, laser welding of polymers, hot riveting, coating, dispensing and similar process technologies
• Communication and teamwork abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in data analysis tools and software
• Fluent English language skills
