For our client, a leading real estate developer operating in a dynamic and fast-growing environment, we are seeking a PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST – CORPORATE PROCUREMENT to coordinate ongoing procurement activities and contribute to the company’s continued expansion.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Procurement Specialist manages end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and organizational efficiency. The role includes supplier communication, market analysis, contract negotiation, and ERP system management. By collaborating with internal departments and maintaining strong vendor relationships, the specialist ensures timely delivery of quality goods and services while optimizing costs and supporting strategic initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Independently manage the procurement process from initial request to final delivery
  • Communicate with suppliers, process inquiries, and negotiate terms
  • Collect and analyze supplier offers, negotiate conditions, and select vendors
  • Gather and analyze data on prices, delivery times, and quality standards to support decision-making
  • Conduct market analysis, monitor price trends, and evaluate supplier performance for informed decisions
  • Create and track purchase orders in the ERP system
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of goods/services
  • Negotiate and build supplier relationships, secure favorable terms, and maintain stable partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement with company needs
  • Provide support in negotiations and reporting to secure cost-effective contracts and compliance with audits
  • Work closely with the Procurement Manager on strategic initiatives and cost optimization
  • Execute procurement activities in line with corporate policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in procurement, preferably in a corporate environment 
  • Preferred experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Intermediate to advanced level of English proficiency

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: 

  • Understanding of procurement processes and basic commercial principles
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions within defined procedures
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
