Procurement Manager

On behalf of our client, a leading international transport and logistics company, we are seeking a motivated and dedicated Procurement Manager – Logistics Services to join their dynamic team.

The role is focused on the procurement of logistics services and plays a key part in the company's supply chain and vendor management processes. The position is responsible for leading supplier selection initiatives, negotiating terms and conditions, and conducting thorough financial analyses of supplier quotations. It also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with selected suppliers, managing contract lifecycles, including renewals and terminations, and ensuring timely actions are taken at contract expiry. Additionally, the role provides critical input for management reporting, supporting strategic decision-making and continuous improvement in procurement performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Source and manage logistics services to meet client needs while continuously delivering savings
• Lead end-to-end supplier selection through RFIs, RFQs, and benchmark processes
• Propose strategic changes to the supplier network based on thorough analysis and market research
• Identify and implement savings opportunities through process improvements, network optimization, and supplier negotiations
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to maximize value
• Evaluate and develop supplier performance to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance

Requirements:

• VII degree of professional qualification
• Experience in Logistics or Logistic procurement
• Advanced English knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
