For our procurement team in Svilajnac we are looking for: Procurement Officer – Operational Procurement

YOUR TASKS

• Creating Purchase order according to our needs, sending to supplier and monitoring of deliveries to ensure the production process
• Ensure the targets by providing the purchased goods in a timely, cost effective and quality-oriented manner
• Give support regarding sourcing documentation
• Manages the supplier’s database, creates and updates supplier files, leads annual supplier performance reviews, and checks the status
• Ensures electronic documentation and archiving purchase files according to company compliance rules
• Determinate quantity and timing of deliveries
• Monitor and forecast upcoming level of demand

YOUR PROFILE

• Educational background in Economy or similar
• Excellent communication skills
• 1 year of work experience in procurement
• Fluent in Serbian and English, German is a plus
• Strong skills in MS office and ERP systems
