As a Procurement Performance Acceleration Specialist, you will provide your knowledge and expertise to build world class solutions and process improvements required to enable the Procurement Global Strategy for Direct Materials.

A day in the life of a Procurement Performance Acceleration Specialist

• Supports implementation of world class solutions to drive the strategy of the functional stream in alignment to the Procurement Vision. Acts and respects timelines to ensure implementation of solutions.
• Provides end users with the right level of support, enhancing their understanding about S2P process and ensuring compliance
• Promote and ensure Compliance to Nestlé's Corporate Business Principles, policies, standards and Procurement Policy, Procurement Standardized Model, Nestlé Supplier Code, Best Practices, etc.
• Define and monitor the appropriate measures to follow up and ensure compliance and the implementation of defined solutions in the Procurement organizations at market.
• Contribute to the development of procurement initiatives by bringing ideas, feedback and requirements from own area(s) of responsibility. Networks with counterparts in other Markets to deploy solutions, share best practices and drive continuous improvement feedback on Solution implementations.

What will make you successful

• Ideally, you are a proactive person with strong analytical and financial skills, and experience with change management and risk management
• You have university degree, experience in Procurement (strategic sourcing, consulting or project management), proven track record in working in complex organizations, and working with cross-functional teams.
• You have excellent influencing, interpersonal and communication skills.
• You have good knowledge of English language and MS Office package.
